Story
How MaK Boutique began
MaK Boutique opened in Split in summer 2023 as a place for flowers, gifts and decorations prepared around the occasion.
The boutique grew from Matea Karlušić's wish to turn a long-standing interest in flowers, aesthetics and event styling into everyday work with bouquets, flower boxes, gifts and decorated spaces.
Each request starts with the occasion, preferred style and available flowers. Colours, scale and details are agreed before preparation, without promises that depend on seasonality or material availability.
A floral arrangement should fit the person, the space and the moment it is prepared for.
Founder
The person behind MaK Boutique
Matea Karlušić is the owner and founder of MaK Boutique. Her long-standing interest in flowers, aesthetics and event decoration shaped a boutique that brings together floral arrangements, gifts and venue styling.
Her florist and arranger education informs the preparation of bouquets, flower boxes, seasonal compositions and decorations for different occasions.
Her work combines experience with people, an understanding of the occasion and attention to colour, materials and finishing details.
